Deanna Marquez

Partner, Litigation Support

Deanna Marquez has specialized in legal technology over the past ten years working both externally as a consultant and internally in the IT Department of 2 major Indianapolis law firms. Prior to becoming a partner of Modern Information Solutions in January 2010, she developed professionally through her experiences at Krieg DeVault, LLC; Sommer Barnard and 24 Seven Discovere. While her roles ranged from helpdesk to the head of litigation support, each experience allowed Deanna to inch one step closer to achieving her entrepreneurial dream of owning her own technology company. Most recently, Deanna was the IT Director at VMS, a pharmaceutical marketing organization, where she honed in on her business management and leadership skills.

Deanna has worked with several different litigation software packages throughout her years in the industry and has developed an expert knowledge in the following packages: CaseMap, Concordance, Livenote, Summation, and Trial Director. Deanna’s strengths lie in strategically identifying solutions to business challenges through process improvement and implementation of technology. She strives to continually share knowledge in creative ways to help others gain a true understanding of things they may otherwise see as complex and uninteresting.

Deanna currently leads the Software Training and Litigation Support Divisions of the organization. In 2011, she was nominated for a TechPoint Mira Award in the Young Professional of the Year category.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University School of Engineering & Technology. She received her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

She actively supports K-Love, World Vision and Dress for Success.
