Taking Control of Your Inbox w/Mimecast
In this open MIS training session, we plan to show you some tips and tricks using the Mimecast Outlook Addon. Many times users will contact the helpdesk with email related requests that they could have handled more quickly on their own with just a few clicks!
- Using the Search function and Saving searches.
- Reviewing the "On Hold Messages"
- Blocking and Permitting Senders
System Requirements: If you plan to follow along from your own computer during the session, you will need to have the Mimecast Outlook Addon installed.
